30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to help you shop with confidence.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Conditions
To help prevent abuse of our satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions generally apply:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned to us before a refund is issued.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns within Australia.
- Returned products must not be substantially consumed or used. As a general guideline, products should contain at least 30% of their original contents remaining.
- The same customer may not repeatedly claim refunds for the same product. The satisfaction guarantee is generally limited to one claim per customer, per product.
- We reserve the right to decline returns where we reasonably believe the policy is being abused.
Fair Use & Discretion
The conditions above exist solely to prevent misuse of our satisfaction guarantee.
We understand that every situation is different. Where we believe a refund, replacement, or store credit is fair and reasonable, we may approve requests even if one or more of the above conditions have not been met.
